Verdical Group worked with Pankow Builders and the Los Angeles Community College District (LACCD) to achieve LEED Silver for their City College building. The Los Angeles Community College District’s City College Physical Plant (Maintenance and Operations Building) & Tennis Courts provide new centralized facilities for the City College’s Maintenance and Operations Department. Verdical’s Google Charleston East Project Featured in Business Insider

Verdical Group is providing Living Building Challenge (LBC) Materials Petal documentation support for Google’s Mountain View, CA campus, which is pursuing full Living Building Challenge Certification. Our scope includes working with furniture dealer KBM Hogue and furniture designer Knoll, Inc. to ensure materials information is captured to meet LBC requirements, such as securing Declare labels and confirming the products are free of red list chemicals.
