UCLA Nimoy Theater

Verdical Group is providing LEED v4/4.1 BD+C Project Management (construction phase) for the UCLA Nimoy Theater project, owned by the University of California, Los Angeles.

The renovation project transforms Westwood’s historic Crest Theatre into a revived live-performance venue.

In accordance with the University of California Policy on Sustainable Practices, which prioritizes energy efficiency and sustainability, the project team is targeting LEED Gold Certification for the 10,595 square-foot space.

UCR School of Business & Biocontrol Buildings

University of California, Riverside is pursuing LEED v4 BD+C Gold certification for a 63,400-square-foot classroom School of Business building and the adjacent 1,000-square-foot Biocontrol Building.

While VG is not the primary LEED consultant on the project, we were hired to provide a thorough peer review of the design-build team’s LEED Scorecard and documentation to help ensure that all prerequisites and credits are achieved. We are also an on-call resource for the owner’s sustainability-related inquiries.
