Verdical Group’s Winter 2020 Update
PROJECT UPDATES

Verdical Group worked with PCL Construction Services to provide LEED v4 ID+C Silver Certification, LEED Fundamental & Enhanced Commissioning, and CALGreen Commissioning for their Glendale, CA office. This was a tenant improvement project for PCL’s 28,507-square-foot office space. The project was one of the first to achieve a COVID-response LEED pilot credit.

Verdical Group is providing LEED v4 Project Management for the construction phase of two terminal cores at Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA)’s Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) in Southern California. We’re working with Austin Commercial to achieve BD+C Silver certification for both cores, one 98,989 square feet in area and the other 180,146 square feet in area. LAX is the fourth busiest airport in the world.
