PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

Cajon High School Verdical Group is working with NAC Architecture to complete a 36,500-square-foot new construction project for a replacement of the library and administration buildings, as well as an addition of classrooms, at Cajon High School.
We will work collaboratively with the design team during the Schematic Design phase to advise on sustainable design elements, LEED, ZNE, and Living Building Challenge (LBC) as they relate to the District’s sustainability goals. We are also conducting a Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) to determine how the project can reduce its embodied carbon.
130 Townsend St. & 50 Stanford St.
130 Townsend and 50 Stanford are two mixed-use commercial office buildings located in San Francisco, CA.
Verdical Group is working to achieve LEED v4 BD+C Gold and Fitwel 1-star certifications for the 96,153-square-foot new construction project.
As part of this effort, we are conducting Energy Modeling and CALGreen, LEED Fundamental, and LEED Enhanced Commissioning. We also initially completed Fitwel and WELL Feasibility Assessments to determine which program would best meet the clients’ sustainability goals.
