Produce LA
Verdical Group’s Produce LA project has earned LEED v4 BD+C: Core & Shell Gold certification! The building is a 107,000-square-foot, ground-up mixed-use development located in the Arts District of Downtown Los Angeles.
The four-story building, designed by EYRC Architects and constructed by Pankow, features 100,000 square feet of office space, 15,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space, a rooftop deck, and parking. Verdical Group provided LEED Project Management, CALGreen Commissioning, LEED Fundamental Commissioning, LEED Enhanced Commissioning, Savings by Design Consulting, and a WELL Feasibility Assessment.
