USGBC Features Lake Forest City Hall in New Video
Verdical Group’s Lake Forest City Hall project, which earned LEED v2009 BD+C New Construction Silver Certification, was recently featured in USGBC’s LEED Project Spotlight series.
As USGBC’s CEO Mahesh Ramanujam notes in the video, “The 53,000-square-foot building will serve as a hub for community, history, and good governance in the heart of the city.”
Located in an arid region prone to drought, the project team prioritized water efficiency. We proudly met 10 out of 10 available LEED Water Efficiency credits plus 2 Exemplary Performance credits, plus 2 Regional Priority credits.
Verdical Group worked with Bernards to provide LEED Project Management and LEED Fundamental, LEED Enhanced, and CALGreen Commissioning.
