
SHELLEY SALEHZADEH
Shelley is Director, Growth & Client Solutions at Verdical Group. She is responsible for business development and specializes in helping clients focus on desired sustainability strategies and achieve their goals. She is passionate about the Fitwel rating system, materials transparency and Declare labels, and ESG.
In her most recent position as a National Team Leader at Knoll based out of San Francisco, she drove global sales, workplace strategy, and led a multidisciplinary sales and project management team to implement her clients' brand, culture, and workplace standards including sustainability across all office locations.
Her passion for sustainability was first sparked while working on Google's Charleston East and 237 Moffett projects (ENR's winner of Northern California's Best Project Excellence in Sustainability, Best Interior/Tenant Improvement project, and merit for Excellence in Safety). Totalling to 1.2 Million sq ft, they are ranked the world's largest Living Building Challenge projects to gain the Material petal.
With 15 years of sales experience in San Francisco/Silicon Valley and Southern California, her consultative approach and exceptional client relations skills have helped her to manage national and global contracts with clients such as Google, Apple, Survey Monkey, Verifone, Oracle, Tesla, Palo Alto Networks, and more. She graduated from San Jose State University with a BA in Design Studies.
