Gretchen is Verdical Group's resident People Operations Manager. She provides valuable support and resources to our team members by processing payroll, administering benefits, assisting with policy and procedure updates, ensuring compliance with employment laws, collaborating with the leadership team on recruitment and hiring needs, handling employee concerns, and organizing team-building events.

She has a Master's Degree in Human Resource Development from Florida International University (FIU) and a Bachelor's Degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Miami (UM). She has nearly a decade of experience teaching Leadership, Training and Development, and HR Management courses at both the undergrad and graduate level, and has held management and leadership roles in many different organizations, including large, small, for-profit, non-profit, online, and onsite.

She also has owned and operated two pet care businesses that specialized in care for special needs animals. She lives in Burbank, CA with her teenage son and pit bull.
