Sunset Las Palmas Project Featured in Urbanize LA
Verdical Group’s Sunset Las Palmas project was recently highlighted on Urbanize Los Angeles. As the article states, the campus will feature a five-story office building, designed by Rios Clementi Hale Studios in collaboration with House & Robertson Architects. The expected completion date is 2020.
Verdical Group is providing LEED Project Management, Energy Modeling, Daylight Modeling, and Savings By Design Incentive Management for the project, which is targeting LEED BD+C v3 Gold certification.
