Staff Spotlight: Allison Hudock

Verdical Group’s Staff Spotlight series highlights the incredible contributions that each of our team members make through their expertise. The series is also a great way to delve into what our team members do on a day-to-day basis to mitigate the climate crisis.
Meet Allison Hudock, an Associate Project Manager with Verdical Group! Allison joined the team in December 2022. She holds a B.S. in Environmental Policy, Institutions and Behavior from Rutgers University, as well as her LEED AP BD+C, LFA, Fitwel Ambassador, and ActiveScore AP credentials.
As a member of the Project Management branch of our Projects team, Allison puts to use her passion for sustainability and wellness to advise on our clients’ green building projects and assist them in achieving certification for rating systems such as WELL and LEED.
On a day-to-day basis, Allison reviews project documents and drawings, updates project scorecards and credit trackers, attends internal and external meetings and Charrettes, and prepares exhibits for upload. She enjoys assisting on LEED and WELL projects that encourage healthy behavior and lower a building’s carbon footprint.
Allison particularly enjoys assisting on projects pursuing WELL certification as it helps her practice and prepare for the WELL AP exam, the next credential she plans to add to her growing lineup. Whether it’s encouraging the use of mass transit to reduce transportation emissions or advising on the selection of materials to boost occupant wellness, each choice that our team helps make is a step toward addressing the climate crisis.
Projects aside, Allison’s favorite part of her role at Verdical Group is the team she works with.
“We’re all here for the right reasons and everybody brings something special to the table,” she shared. “I’m excited to put my knowledge to work and collaborate with staff on projects that have a reduced impact on the environment. I feel very privileged to be part of this group.”
