Verdical Group provided the following services for the Santa Monica-Malibu Unified School District’s Will Rogers Elementary School, designed by Johnson Favaro:

• Collaborative for High Performance Schools (CHPS) Equivalency +25% Program Management
• Daylight Modeling

Through CHPS Equivalency, the project team prioritized occupant health, productivity, and performance, as well as reduced operating costs and increased energy savings. The classrooms of this new, 9,577-square-foot building opens to an outdoor recreation and learning space consisting of playfields, play courts, and a track field. This project is the first to emerge from a campus master plan completed by Johnson Favaro in 2020.
