The Student Housing Component of Housing Project No. 2 will be approximately 310,000 gross square feet and will accommodate up to 1,100 beds in apartment style units, and ancillary spaces to support the housing program, including but not limited to a retail food market, laundry facilities, meeting spaces, and offices and additional space for staff and operations.
