The development is made up of several buildings featuring office space, residential space, retail, restaurants, a boutique hotel, as well as many other public amenities. Our team is evaluating the feasibility of LEED, Living Building Challenge, CORE Green Building Certification, WELL, and Fitwel certifications for the project and assisting Village Partners in presenting building and transit sustainability options to key stakeholders. Verdical Group is part of the master planning team advising on the development’s sustainability plan.
