The iconic project comprises 464 suite apartments in two towers set atop a seven-story podium, featuring a 32,000-square-foot retail plaza and extensive parking with separate retail and resident entrances. Verdical Group assisted CTL-E and J.H. Snyder in successfully achieving LEED v3 BD+C Silver certification.
