The Santa Monica Gateway project consists of two four-story, creatively designed concrete, glass, and metal structures. There is a total of 200,000 square feet of Class A office/creative space and 9,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. The two buildings sit above a three-level subterranean garage with 640 single space stalls. Verdical Group provided LEED Project Management, LEED and CALGreen Commissioning, and Energy Modeling services for the LEED v3 BD+C Core & Shell Silver certified building.
