This residential project is a single-family home renovation in Southern California. Verdical Group worked with MAAM Architecture and the homeowner to provide:

• Sustainability Consulting

Verdical’s consulting included research on sustainability strategies (relating to energy, water, materials, indoor air quality, etc.) for the construction of single-family residential projects. Priority was given to cost-effective strategies and utility incentives/rebates. 

Verdical Group completed a comprehensive review of the drawings to identify sustainability opportunities, facilitated a Sustainability Charrette Workshop to discuss feasible options, and then prepared a final checklist deliverable with project-specific and general suggestions for MAAM to consider for current and future projects.
