Properties must now have their energy performance data verified by a qualified third party, such as Verdical Group, every five years. Once the Owner has entered all required data into ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager, Verdical Group reviews the data to ensure accuracy and compliance with the city’s Building Energy Performance Standards and alerts the property Owner to any corrections and adjustments required.
