Verdical Group completed LEED Project Management to achieve LEED v3 EBOM certification for LADWP’s Palmetto building, comprised of administrative office and warehouse space. Verdical Group worked with the client and project team to advise on energy efficiency and water efficiency measures, as well as assisting the project in completing the following key tasks: ASHRAE Level I & II, airflow design and verification, ENERGY STAR verification, occupant surveys, custodial assessment, and waste stream audit.
