LADWP’s Central Distribution Yard is a 55,530-square-foot mixed-use project located in Los Angeles, CA. Verdical Group completed:

Verdical Group completed LEED Project Management to achieve LEED v3 EBOM certification for LADWP’s Central Distribution building. The Central Distribution facility is an existing mixed-use building with office and warehouse spaces. Verdical Group worked with the client and project team to advise on energy efficiency and water efficiency measures. We also assisted with the following key tasks: ASHRAE Level I & II, airflow design and verification, ENERGY STAR verification, occupant surveys, custodial assessment, and waste stream audit.
