Hollywood Recreation Center is an approximately 13,000-square-foot commercial project located in Los Angeles, CA. Verdical Group is working with Lehrer Architects to complete:

The project, owned by the City of Los Angeles, is pursuing LEED v4 BD+C Gold certification and the Zero Energy Building certification. The project scope includes the demolition of the existing building and reconstruction of a new structure, which will consist of a full-sized basketball court, outdoor patio, exercise stations, classrooms, offices, kitchens, a playground, and a parking lot area.
