Energy Code Ace is a statewide utility program that strives to make it faster and easier to comply with and realize the full energy savings potential of the Energy Code. Verdical Group was pleased to assist Energy Code Ace with the production of a conference gathering market actors from across the state of California to discuss updates to the 2025 California Building Energy Efficiency Standards (Title 24, Part 6 or Energy Code).

The event was hosted on March 4 – 5, 2026 at The Energy Education Center in Irwindale and featured programming from thought leaders, case studies, in-depth training opportunities, and networking opportunities. Subject matter experts shared hands-on solutions, tools, and resources to help attendees navigate the code, hosting sessions on topics like code compliance and enforcement; technologies for decarbonization and electrification such as heat pumps, solar PV & batteries, envelope design, and lighting; and policy, market barriers, code development, and reach codes.
