ECHELON STUDIOS at 5601 Santa Monica is a mixed-use development owned by BARDAS Investment Group and located in Los Angeles, CA. Verdical Group provided LEED and WELL Feasibility Assessments, and is now currently working with House & Robertson Architects to complete:

• WELL v2 Project Management
• CALGreen Commissioning
• LEED Fundamental Commissioning
• Sustainability Consulting

The project team is targeting LEED v4 Silver certification and WELL v2 Core Silver certification.

The development features five sound stages; two six-story creative office buildings; production support spaces; and a private bungalow office centered around an expansive courtyard.
