Verdical Group is working with CSHV Sumner Meadows, LLC to provide the following services for two industrial warehouse buildings located in Sumner, WA:

• LEED v4 BD+C Project Management 
• LEED Energy Modeling
• LEED Fundamental Commissioning

The buildings cumulatively represent nearly 1.2M square feet; one spans approximately 476,362 square feet, and the other approximately 705,680 square feet. They are both pursuing LEED v4 BD+C: Core & Shell Certification.
