Cold Storage Port Facility is an approximately 360,000-square-foot warehouse project located in Bloomingdale, Georgia. Verdical Group worked with Primus Builders, Inc. to complete:

The project achieved LEED v4 Silver Certification under the BD+C: Warehouses and Distribution Centers rating system.
