Ginsburg Center for Quantum Precision Measurement (CQPM)

The Ginsburg Center for Quantum Precision Measurement (CQPM) is an approximately 70,682-square-foot facility at the California Institute of Technology (Caltech). Verdical Group is working with Pankow Builders to provide Construction Phase General Contractor Support for the LEED v4 BD+C Gold certification effort.

Through this supporting role, we are guiding and overseeing documentation efforts for LEED construction phase credits to ensure that all documentation is complete, clear, and finished on-schedule.

The Ginsburg Center will include a 4-story main building with office and collaborative spaces, and a seminar pavilion, a multi-purpose space for seminars, lectures, and special events, connected by a breezeway that will provide a pre-event staging area and entrance to both spaces. A subterranean laboratory space will provide necessary vibration and light control, and a tunnel will provide access to the adjacent building.
