Arts Club West Hollywood is a 209,238-square-foot mixed-use project located in West Hollywood, CA. Verdical Group is working with Gardiner & Theobald Inc. to provide:

• LEED Enhanced Commissioning
• LEED Envelope Commissioning

The mixed-use building will contain office space, retail units, guest rooms, and a parking garage. The project team is targeting LEED v4 BD+C Core & Shell Gold certification.
