Verdical Group worked with STO Building Group and the Fiserv team to provide LEED Peer Review services for 100 Connell, a 400,000-square-foot commercial office tenant improvement project located in Berkeley Heights, NJ.

Our team provided LEED support services to assist the project team in conducting a quality control review of final LEED documentation for select credits prior to submission for certification review. The project successfully achieved LEED v4 ID+C Platinum certification in 2023.
