VG Presents Perlita Passive House at DWELL Conference

Verdical Group Project Manager, Sofia Siegel, presented with Certified Passive House Consultant, Xavier Gaucher, at the annual Dwell on Design conference — America’s largest design event. This year’s event was held at the Convention Center in Downtown Los Angeles from June 23rd – June 25th. Sofia and Xavier’s presentation covered our Living Building Challenge Petal Certification project, the Perlita Passive House. The project is also pursuing Passive House certification.
